Audrey Hepburn is one of my favourite people to draw. She always had such an expressive face and the composition in her photos was always beautiful. The black and the white and the way it contrasts within her hair and her eyes and smile and clothes always make me want to draw any photos I see of her. I think I may be a little addicted to drawing her, judging by the fact this is the seventh Audrey Hepburn sketch this year. Totally worth it. This one was just done in black biro, and I think I may have used some pitt artist pens for rendering but I don't even remember. The scan doesn't show it very well, but the thing I love about this is how much more genuine the yellow paper of the moleskine sketchbook makes it look. Anyway, this is a pretty basic drawing of one my favourite actresses from that era. Love you Audrey
